M-Audio is hosting a remix contest; for Public Enemy. We all know M-Audio from their music gear (in my studio you will find a M-Audio Radium 49), in combination with Avid (just look at their homepage - because of their software the Batman movie “The Dark Knight” looks this amazing)
You can make a remix of the acapella version of “Harder than you think” (from their latest album How You Sell Soul to a Soulless People Who Sold Their Soul).
Public Enemy does not need an introduction - do they…?? (ok; Wikipedia )
I have seen them on Lowlands - great performers !! And they did the amazing tour with…… the Sisters of Mercy in the USA and Canada…… (1990-1991); which was cancelled half way through; lot of cities where afraid of booking a “white” and “black” band together…..- so - contradiction is one of Public Enemy’s thing uh…??

Prices; of course - gear of M-Audio = but probably more important; the winning remix will also be officially released on Obey Records in the form of a 12” vinyl, featuring an exclusive vinyl label design by Shepard Fairey.
